Dr Meenakshi Tandon ,UP state president (medical cell) NCCHWO, with team of Dr. Neeraj Tandon( oncologist) organised an Oral Cancer Detection Camp at Gola, Lakhimpur Khiri, on 29th August 2025.
Free biopsies were done for suspicious lesions in around 20 patients, doctors explained all patients & their attendants harmful effects of gutkha pan masala & betelnut, patients were told what are warning signals of cancer in oral cavity, on finding those symptoms they should visit oncologist because earlier diagnosis leads to better prognosis.
