दिनांक 26 अगस्त 2026 को जनपद पंचायत गुरुर ( जिला बालोद) में राष्ट्रीय भ्रष्टाचार नियंत्रण एवं जनकल्याण संगठन की एक अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण प्रदेश स्तरीय बैठक संपन्न हुई। इस कार्यक्रम में ग्रामीण अंचल की महिलाओं की बारी जनभागीदारी, मानवाधिकारों की रक्षा, संवैधानिक समानता और भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ एक बड़े अभियान की घोषणा की गई है।
स्टेट डायरेक्टर श्री देवेन्द्र कुमार जोसफ के मार्गदर्शन में और प्रदेश अध्यक्ष श्री दिनेश शर्मा के नेतृत्व में जनपद पंचायत कार्यालय गुरुर जिला बालोद में एक भव्य प्रदेश स्तरीय बैठक सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न हुई। दोपहर 2-00 से शाम 5-00 बजे तक चली इस बैठक में बालोद, धमतरी, गरियाबंद, और राजनांदगांव जिले से आए पदाधिकारियों, कार्यकर्ताओं और भारी संख्या में ग्रामीण जनों ने उत्साहपूर्वक हिस्सा लिया।
कार्यक्रम के मुख्य मार्गदर्शक स्टेट डायरेक्टर श्री देवेन्द्र कुमार जोसफ जी के अस्वस्थ होने के कारण बैठक में शारीरिक रूप से उपस्थित नहीं हो सके। परंतु उन्होंने जनहित को सर्वोपरि रखते हुए दूरभाष के माध्यम से उपस्थित जनसमुदाय को सीधे संबोधित किया। उन्होंने अपने संदेश में विशेष अनुरोध करते हुए कहा कि न्याय के हित में और भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ लड़ाई के लिए पुरूषों और महिलाओं का एकजुट होना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। एकता ही हमारी सबसे बड़ी शक्ति है का नारा देते हुए। उन्होंने सभी को मिलकर आगे बढ़ने का आव्हान किया।
जनभागीदारी और उत्साह पर अत्यधिक प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की। उन्होंने कहा कि जिस प्रकार एक महिला गृहणी के रूप में अपने पूरे परिवार को संभालती है और जोड़ें रखती हैं ठीक उसी प्रकार वह समाज और देश हित में अपने अधिकारों की लडाई के लिए भी सदैव तत्पर हैं। उन्होंने भारतीय संविधान का हवाला देते हुए कहा कि हमारे संविधान के नियमानुसार कानून में कोई छोटा बड़ा नहीं होता। संगठन का मुख्य उद्देश्य मूलभूत मानवाधिकारों के हनन को रोकना और जनकल्याण करना। उन्होंने घोषणा की संगठन में जुड़ने वाले नये सदस्यों के गुण,दोष, विचार और अच्छे कार्यों योग्यता के आधार पर, स्टेट डायरेक्टर व राष्ट्रीय मुख्य सचिव के मार्गदर्शन में ही अंतिम पदों का निर्धारण किया जाएगा ताकि वे स्थानीय स्तर पर देश हित के कार्य कर सकें।
प्रदेश सचिव झरोखा राम साहू जी ने अपने ओजस्वी संबोधन में कहा कि आज विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से आई महिलाओं ने साबित कर दिया है कि वे समाज पुरुषों से भी अधिक प्रभावकारी निभा रही हैं। महिला को मां और जननी का स्थान देते हुए उन्होंने उम्मीद जताई कि वे एक मां की तरह ही देश की सुरक्षा और अखंडता में अपना योगदान देंगी।
प्रदेश सचिव ने जनता की सहूलियत के लिए संगठन का आधिकारिक हेल्पलाइन /व्हाट्सएप नंबर 6264518821 साझा करते हुए एक ऐतिहासिक घोषणा की । उन्होंने कहा कि इस नंबर पर कॉल या व्हाट्सएप के माध्यम से मिलने वाली किसी भी समस्या का निवारण प्रदेश सचिव द्वारा तत्काल किया जाएगा।
बैठक के अंतिम चरण में संगठन की नीतियों से प्रभावित होकर भूपेश कुमार साहू, ललिता टंडन,गिरेंद्र विश्वकर्मा, नरेंद्र कुमार साहू और मंजू साहू ने सदस्यता फार्म लिया।इन सभी नये सदस्यों ने संगठन के घोषणा पत्र की कंडिका एक से साथ के सभी दिशा निर्देशों और दायित्वों का विधिवत पालन करने की सहर्ष शपथ ली।

Date 26th August 2026, a very important State-Level meeting of the Rashtriya Bhrashtachar Niyantran Evam Jankalyan Sangathan was successfully held at Janpad Panchayat Gurur (District Balod). In this program, a major campaign was announced for large-scale public participation of rural women, protection of human rights, constitutional equality, and against corruption.
Under the guidance of State Director Shri Devendra Kumar Joseph and under the leadership of State President Shri Dinesh Sharma, a grand state-level meeting was successfully concluded at Janpad Panchayat Office, Gurur, District Balod. The meeting, held from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, was enthusiastically attended by office bearers, workers, and a large number of rural people from Balod, Dhamtari, Gariaband, and Rajnandgaon districts.
Due to ill health, the chief mentor of the program, State Director Shri Devendra Kumar Joseph ji, could not be physically present in the meeting. However, keeping public interest supreme, he addressed the gathering directly through a phone call. In his message, making a special request, he said that for the sake of justice and to fight against corruption, it is extremely necessary for men and women to unite. Giving the slogan "Unity is our biggest strength", he called upon everyone to move forward together.
He expressed immense happiness over public participation and enthusiasm. He said that just as a woman, in the form of a housewife, manages and keeps her entire family united, in the same way she is always ready to fight for her rights in the interest of society and the nation. Citing the Indian Constitution, he said that according to the rules of our Constitution, no one is small or big in the eyes of law. The main objective of the organization is to prevent the violation of basic human rights and to work for public welfare. He announced that the final designation of new members joining the organization will be decided only under the guidance of the State Director and the National Chief Secretary, on the basis of their merits, demerits, thoughts, and good deeds and capability, so that they can work for the national interest at the local level.
State Secretary Jharokha Ram Sahu ji, in his powerful address, said that today women who came from different regions have proved that they are playing a more effective role in society than men. Giving woman the status of mother and creator, he expressed hope that they will contribute to the security and integrity of the country like a mother.
For the convenience of the public, the State Secretary shared the official helpline / WhatsApp number of the organization 6264518821 and made a historic announcement. He said that any problem received on this number through call or WhatsApp will be resolved immediately by the State Secretary.
In the final phase of the meeting, influenced by the policies of the organization, Bhupesh Kumar Sahu, Lalita Tandon, Girendra Vishwakarma, Narendra Kumar Sahu and Manju Sahu took the membership form. All these new members happily took an oath to duly follow all the guidelines and responsibilities from clause 1 to 7 of the organization's manifesto.
