राष्ट्रीय भ्रष्टाचार नियंत्रण एवं जनकल्याण संगठन, छत्तीसगढ़ इकाई की एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आज दिनांक 07-09-2026 को तहसील गुरुर स्थित प्राथमिक शाला प्रांगण में संपन्न हुई।
सुबह 10:00 बजे से शाम 5:00 बजे तक चली इस बैठक में क्षेत्र की बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण महिलाओं, पुरुषों एवं संगठन के सभी पदाधिकारियों ने भाग लिया।
बैठक के मुख्य बिंदु:
मितान धारा फाउंडेशन के विरुद्ध गंभीर शिकायत
बैठक में उपस्थित ग्रामीण महिलाओं ने प्रदेश अध्यक्ष श्री दिनेश कुमार शर्मा जी के समक्ष शिकायत दर्ज कराई कि मितान धारा फाउंडेशन ट्रस्ट द्वारा शिक्षा, बच्चों की शादी एवं चिकित्सा जैसी जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं में अनुदान देने का झांसा देकर प्रति व्यक्ति से 1600 रुपये की राशि जमा कराई गई।
राशि लेने के बाद संचालकों द्वारा केवल सादे कागजों पर रसीद दी गई और किसी भी वैध बैंक खाते या ऑनलाइन लेनदेन का उपयोग नहीं किया गया। इस ट्रस्ट द्वारा करोड़ों रुपये की हेराफेरी की आशंका जताई जा रही है।
महिलाओं की शिकायत और मीडिया में आई खबरों को संज्ञान में लेते हुए स्टेट डायरेक्टर श्री देवेन्द्र कुमार जोसफ जी ने प्रदेश अध्यक्ष श्री दिनेश कुमार शर्मा जी को इस पूरे प्रकरण की उच्च स्तरीय निष्पक्ष जांच कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं। साथ ही एसडीएम गुरुर और कलेक्टर बालोद से चर्चा कर दोषियों पर उचित कार्रवाई करने एवं पीड़ितों की राशि वापस दिलाने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
बैठक में यह भी रेखांकित किया गया कि समाज और जनहित के कार्यों में महिलाओं की भूमिका सबसे आगे है और संगठन हर कदम पर महिलाओं एवं आमजन की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।

A significant meeting of the Tehsil Gurur, District Balod unit of the Rashtriya Bhrashtachar Niyantran Evam Jankalyan Sangathan, Chhattisgarh was held on 07-09-2026 in the premises of the Primary School, Gurur.
This meeting, which ran from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, was attended by a large number of rural women and men of the area and all office-bearers of the organization.
Main Points and Issues of the Meeting: Serious complaint against Mitan Dhara Foundation.
Rural women present in the meeting lodged a complaint before State President Shri Dinesh Kumar Sharma that the Mitan Dhara Foundation Trust, on the pretext of providing grants under educational, children's marriage and medical welfare schemes, collected an amount of Rs. 1600 per person.
After collecting the amount, the operators gave receipts only on plain papers and did not use any valid bank account or online transaction. There is suspicion of fraud amounting to crores of rupees by the trust.
Taking cognizance of the women's complaint and news reports in the media, State Director Shri Devendra Kumar Joseph, while instructing State President Shri Dinesh Sharma, has directed that a high-level impartial inquiry be conducted into the entire matter. He also instructed to discuss the matter with the SDM Gurur and Collector Balod and to take appropriate action against the culprits and get the victims' money refunded.
It was highlighted in the meeting that the role of women is foremost in social and public welfare work and the organization is committed to the prompt resolution of the problems of women and the general public at every step.
