This is reiterated again that no State/member should independently get involved in collection of Donations for NCCHWO from CSR or other agencies.
All fund collection from CSR/Donations are required to be routed through Central NCCHWO Funds Bank Account. Irregularities in collection of funds from CSR/Donations and returning them after taking a cut ,is highly irregular and will invite legal action. Any one getting involved in such practices is solely responsible and liable to be prosecuted in his individual capacity for financial fraud.
NCCHWO takes no responsibility for such frauds, done by the members, in their individual capacity. Again to emphasize, all Donations are required to be routed through Central NCCHWO Funds Bank Account, only after discussing with National Chief Secretary -cum - Managing Trustee's approval.
According to the National Chief Secretary, to date, we have neither accepted nor applied for any donations or CSR funds from anyone. All human welfare activities undertaken or currently being carried out by our organization have been—and will continue to be—funded through the personal contributions of our members.

यह पुनः दोहराया जाता है कि कोई भी प्रदेश / सदस्य स्वतंत्र रूप से CSR या अन्य एजेंसियों से NCCHWO के नाम पर दान (Donation) संग्रह करने में शामिल न हो।
CSR / दान से प्राप्त सभी निधियों का संग्रह केंद्रीय NCCHWO फंड बैंक खाते (Central NCCHWO Funds Bank Account) के माध्यम से ही किया जाना अनिवार्य है।
CSR / दान से निधि संग्रह में अनियमितता और उसमें से अपना हिस्सा (कट) लेकर शेष राशि लौटाना अत्यंत अनियमित है और इस पर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इस प्रकार की गतिविधियों में शामिल होने वाला कोई भी व्यक्ति व्यक्तिगत रूप से स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा और वित्तीय धोखाधड़ी के लिए व्यक्तिगत हैसियत में अभियोजित किये जाने का उत्तरदायी होगा।
सदस्यों द्वारा व्यक्तिगत हैसियत में किये गए ऐसे किसी भी धोखाधड़ी के लिए NCCHWO की कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी।
पुनः स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि सभी दान केवल राष्ट्रीय मुख्य सचिव-सह-प्रबंध ट्रस्टी (National Chief Secretary-cum-Managing Trustee) से चर्चा एवं अनुमोदन के बाद ही केंद्रीय NCCHWO फंड बैंक खाते के माध्यम से ही लिए जाने चाहिए।
राष्ट्रीय मुख्य सचिव के अनुसार आज तक हमने किसी से कोई भी डोनेशन या CSR न तो ली है और न ही अप्लाई किया है। Human Welfare के जो भी कार्य हमारे संगठन द्वारा हुए है या हो रहे है, वो सब हमारे मेंबर्स की खुद की कॉन्ट्रिब्यूशन द्वारा हुए और होंगे।।
