NCCHWO has undertaken a project to establish contact with the families of those bravehearts, who sacrificed their life for the country. A total of 22 such brave families have been adopted by citizens, representing various NGOs.
A visit was made to the house of Veer Naris Santosh Bhatti and Ashu Devi.The team was lead by Brig Harcharan Singh( National Administrator, NCCHWO. The adoption was done by women members from various NGOs, including Aditi Sewa Parishthan, represented by Ms Sangeeta. The adoption of these two Veer Naris has been done by Dr Renu Gupta and Sushma Rani.
Over next few weeks, all 22 Veer Naris will be visited to know about their problems . NCCHWO will approach concerned authorities to resolve the problems being faced by these families. It was a very satisfying experience for the team, to listen to the stories of bravery and valour of our soldiers, who gave their Today for our Tomorrow. The Nation will ever be grateful to these brave men, who followed the Motto of *Nation first ,Always and everytime.* Jai Hind .
