Advocate Arun Prabhakaran is working with us as State Nodel Officer, Tamilnadu, keeping in view his performance, hard work, his dedication to the Organisation as well as to the Nation and being our Founder Member, also recommendation of State Director, Tamilnadu, Mr. Danial Prabhakaran, we decide to promote him as "National Legal Advisor", with immediate effect, this designation is a part of General Body not a part of any Wing. He will perform as under :
He will control all the wings with the undersigned.
He will look after all legal matters assigned to him by the undersigned or National Executive Committee, later he will be part of National Executive Committee.
He will not charge any fees for assigned work, however, in some cases of the public, he can charge Court Fee plus Papers & typing charges.
He will directly report to Managing Trustee -Cum - National Chief Secretary.
Appointment letter and Icard will be issued to him separately.
