A grand event was organised to spread awareness about Breast Cancer Causes, treatment and prevention at St. Mary's College of Nursing. The Guest Speaker & Chief Guest was Dr. Neeraj Tandon Vice-President UP Medical cell along with Dr Meenakshi Tandon President UP Medical Cell of NCCHWO.
Mrs suneeta Goswami singh UP State Coordinator also graced the occasion.
A group of 16 nursing students presented a very informative skit about breast cancer.
54 students participated in quiz contest in 2 rounds. 60 students participated in poster making competition. Total 350 nursing students attended Dr. Neeraj Tandon's presentation.
Winners & all participants were given prizes, all teachers were honoured. copies of Dr Neeraj Tandon's book about cancer awareness & experiences of cancer winner patients- "cancer ek aas'' were given to all participants and teaching staff. Overall a very interactive session.
