राष्ट्रीय भ्रष्टाचार नियंत्रण एवं जन कल्याण संगठन, डिफेंस सेल के राष्ट्रीय सचिव श्री हेमंत शर्मा को देशभर में बालिकाओं के आत्मरक्षा अभियान को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्मान से नवाजा गया है। उन्हें यह सम्मान अंतरराष्ट्रीय अक्षय कुमार कूड़ो प्रतियोगिता के मंच पर प्रदान किया गया, जहाँ फिल्म अभिनेता अक्षय कुमार श्रीमती डिंपल कपाड़िया और जैकी श्रॉफ की उपस्थिति रही। अक्षय कुमार व जैकी दादा ने श्री हेमंत शर्मा को गले लगाकर सम्मानित किया, जो उनके सामाजिक कार्यों की महत्ता और प्रेरक प्रभाव को दर्शाता है।
श्री शर्मा ने पंजाब और हरियाणा के सरकारी स्कूलों की बालिकाओं को NCCHWO के उद्देश्य विमेन एम्पावरमेंट के तहत आत्मरक्षा के आसान और प्रभावी तरीकों का प्रशिक्षण दिया, ताकि वे किसी भी प्रकार की अभद्रता या असुरक्षा की स्थिति में स्वयं को बचा सकें। इस मुहिम के तहत उन्होंने हजारों स्कूली बालिकाओं में आत्मविश्वास और आत्मरक्षा की भावना जाग्रत की है।
इस अवसर पर हरियाणा की खिलाड़ी अंशु कुमारी को भी बधाई दी गई, जिन्होंने **विश्व कूड़ो प्रतियोगिता (बुल्गेरिया)** में भारत के लिए **कांस्य पदक** जीतकर देश का गौरव बढ़ाया। अक्षय कुमार ने कहा कि “ऐसे कार्य युवा पीढ़ी में न सिर्फ आत्मविश्वास बल्कि देशभक्ति की भावना भी मजबूत करते हैं।”
समारोह में विभिन्न राज्यों से आए समाजसेवी, खेल प्रशिक्षक, और बालिकाओं की सुरक्षा के क्षेत्र में कार्यरत अनेक संगठन प्रतिनिधि भी उपस्थित रहे। सबने श्री शर्मा के प्रयासों को समाज में महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम बताया।
राष्ट्रीय मुख्य सचिव रणजीत वर्मा, चेयरमैन दीपक शर्मा, प्रशासक ब्रिगेडियर हरचरण सिंह एवं अध्यक्षा रेखा भुषण ने हेमंत शर्मा को संगठन के उद्देश्यों को पुरा करने के बधाई दी और उनकी प्रशंसा भी की।।

Mr. Hemant Sharma, National Secretary of National Corruption Control Human Right Welfare Organization, Civil Defense Cell of the award for his remarkable, has been honored with an international contribution in advancing the self-defense campaign for girls in Punjab & Haryana. The award was presented to him at the International Akshay Kumar Kudo Championship, attended by film celebrities Akshay Kumar, Mrs. Dimple Kapadia, and Jackie Shroff. Akshay Kumar and Jackie Dada warmly embraced and felicitated Mr. Sharma, showcasing the social significance and inspirational value of his work under NCCHWO’s mission of Women Empowerment, Mr. Sharma has trained girls from government schools in Punjab and Haryana in simple and effective self-defense techniques, enabling them to protect themselves from any form of misconduct or insecurity. Through this campaign, he has instilled self-confidence and awareness about self-defense among thousands of school girls. On this occasion, Anshu Kumari from Haryana was also congratulated for bringing pride to the nation by winning a bronze medal for India at the World Kudo Championship (Bulgaria). Speaking at the event, Akshay Kumar said, “Such efforts not only strengthen the confidence of the youth but also enhance their spirit of patriotism.” The event witnessed the presence of social workers, sports trainers, and representatives from various organizations working in the field of girls’ safety from different states. All applauded Mr. Sharma’s efforts as a significant step towards women empowerment in society.
National Chief Secretary Ranjeet Verma, Chairman, Deepak Sharma, Administrator Brigadier Harcharan Singh, and President Rekha Bhushan congratulated Hemant Sharma for fulfilling the organization’s mission and appreciated his remarkable contributions.
