*Key Discussion Points:*
1. Introduction of NCC&HWO national leadership team and Tamil Nadu State Legal Cell members.
2. Detailed discussion on the responsibilities and duties of the State Legal Cell team towards society, including legal support and welfare services.
3. Proposal to include the profiles of five senior Tamil Nadu Legal Cell members on the official NCC&HWO website, with photographs and designations, for official identity and recognition.
4. The recommended five-member Tamil Nadu Legal Cell panel for official recognition and website inclusion was discussed.
5. The finalized list of five members will be shared in due course for approval, official recognition, and subsequent website update.
6. Expansion of Tamil Nadu Legal Cell services across the entire state to improve outreach and public support.
7. Coordination with media and social media teams to highlight and promote the expanding legal and welfare services of the Tamil Nadu Legal Cell.
8. The list of additional qualified members proposed for induction into the Tamil Nadu State Legal Cell shall be submitted directly by the State President to the National Chief Secretary for review and further approval.
9. Role allocation clarified:
* *Mr. Udhayachandran* will oversee legal activities relating to Tamil Nadu and other states.
* Mr. Udhayachandran will also coordinate with the respective State Legal Cell teams for adding members to the state teams in Tamil Nadu and other states.
* *Mr. S. Jayaprakash* will lead Tamil Nadu State operations, including service delivery and team expansion.
13. Any challenges, escalations, or urgent matters arising at the state level shall be immediately brought to the notice of NCC&HWO leadership for timely guidance and resolution.
14. Mr. S. Jayaprakash presented the current Tamil Nadu Legal Cell initiatives serving society, including:
Free legal services to the public
Legal awareness camps and outreach programs
Support for underprivileged children’s education
Other welfare-oriented legal assistance activities
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to strengthening Tamil Nadu State Legal Cell operations and expanding public legal service outreach under NCC&HWO guidance.
