J&K has witnessed a period of terrorism and violence, with the active support of our adversary and induction of Foreign Terrorists.With the resolve of the Govt , support of locals and sacrifices by our soldiers, the situation has come under control. Locals are now enjoying the fruits of democracy, peace and development. A Rally was organized at Srinagar, by the State Govt , wherein Lt Governor Manoj Sinha graced the occasion as Chief Guest.

On this occasion , Veer Naris and ESM were honored by the Lt Governor, to express gratitude of the Citizens for their sacrifices. Mrs Ruby Bano , a Golden Member of NCCHWO, was also honored. Her husband Rfn Mukhtar Ahmed Malik was martyred in 2018, when he was killed by terrorists in Kashmir. Mrs Ruby Bano has been a continuous source of inspiration for other Veer Naris, and she has been taking up their problems to appropriate forums. She has been a Motivational Speaker, who inspires youth and other Veer Naris to serve the nation. NCCHWO Family is grateful to Mrs Ruby Bano for her sacrifices and services being rendered to guide the Veer Naris in Legal Matters.
Mr Ranjeet Verma, National Chief Secretary, National Chairman Mr. Deepak Sharma & National President, Ms. Rekha Bhooshan, appreciated efforts of Brig Harcharan Singh, for getting Veer Naris and Decorated soldiers to the folds of NCCHWO.
