It is well said,,, Little drop of Water, Little grain of Sand,, Make the mighty Ocean, And the Beauteous land,,. Number of needy persons in J&K approach NCCHWO. Problems may be in connection with help from Govt Offices, Documentation, Advice on various subjects, Financial Help or Career Counselling. NCCHWO helps the needy with small contributions made from multiple agencies.
A Widow contacted Brig Harcharan Singh for financial/Material help for the marriage of her daughter. Various agencies were approached for contributions and contribution were made by different sources. Certain ration items were donated to the family , where as, collection for financial help is still under progress.
A number of agencies are helping NCCHWO in J&K ,for such noble charity projects. All of them were thanked by Brig Harcharan Singh, National Administrator and State Head NCCHWO J&K ,for their generosity.
