Service to Army By NCCHWO Member Ms. Arti Bhakshi-A Matter of Honor : Brig Harcharan Singh, National Administrator

Indian Armed Forces are the ultimate Weapon of Decision making available to the Nation. Our Soldiers are the best in the world, with sky high motivational level.. What best example could be witnessed, when in Galwan,Ladakh, Indian Soldiers stood like a rock in front of Chinese Soldiers. As per the protocol, Indian Soldiers were not carrying any Weapons, but Chinese were carrying improvised and deadly iron rods, adequate to bleed adverseries to death. It was the leadership and morale of exceptional order, which enabled few unarmed  Indian Soldiers, to teach a befitting lesson to adverseries, much suoerior in number. Such like examples give out importance of  Psychological conditioning of our soldiers.

NCCHWO has highly qualified Psychologists on its panel as members. From time to time, Motivational tours are undertaken to Army Units, for a positive interaction with Soldiers.
