Presentation of FD Certificates to Ms Ruby Bano from Shaheed Parivar Fund at Jalandhar,by Punjab Kesari Officials
Nation is ever grateful to the Soldiers for their sacrifices. Many NGOs have initiated welfare schemes to help the families of Martyrs. One such Veer Nari, Ms Ruby Bano,from Kashmir, was honored by Punjab Kesri Group, to express their gratitude for the supreme sacrifice made by her husband, Nk Mukhtar Ahmed Malik, while serving in the Indian Army.
Under a scheme of Punjab Kesri, FD of Rs 1 Lakh was presented to Veer Nari, Ms Ruby Bano. Punjab Kesri Group provides help to families of victims of Terrorism from Shaheed Parivar Fund. It is an effort by the News Paper Group Punjab Kesari, to connect with Families of Martyrs and provide them with much needed Psychological Support.
Ms Ruby Bano is a Golden Member of NCCHWO. She actively supports other Veer Naris and help bring their problems to the notice of the appropriate authorities. NCCHWO State Head of J&K, Brig Harcharan Singh said that Ms Ruby Bano has been appointed by J&K Govt to help Veer Naris with free legal aid, to contest various Court Cases. Brig Harcharan Singh informed that it is matter of pride that Ms Ruby Bano has been Conferred with prestigious AWWA Award by Army to recognize her selfless services, for helping other Veer Naris and Widows. She is a brave lady, who is invited regularly to deliver Motivational lectures to Citizens/Students. She firmly believes that helping others makes the life more meaningful.
The Central leadership of NCCHWO thanked the Punjab Kesri Group for honoring and supporting the families of the Martyrs. The J&K unit of NCCHWO has initiated a process of adoption of Veer Naris by Citizens, under Project NAMAN,, to provide them with Psychological support. NCCHWO salutes our Soldiers, Who gave Their Today for our Tomorrow.
