NCCHWO Spreads awareness about Rich Indian History, Heritage and Values

Youth of India are  leaders of tomarrow, who will ensure  India is catapulted to the role of World Leader. Youth has to be trained, so that they are  prepared for this role. Schooling plays a vital role to prepare potential leaders, where the system teaches them Indian Values , develop their  Character and inculcate  Nationalism. In such like events organized by education institutions/NGOs,  members from NCCHWO are often  invited, to infuse character qualities and Patriotism in the Youth.

At Jammu, 350th years of Martyrdom of Guru Teg Bahadur was celebrated by RM Public School,to  provide an opportunity to the students to know about rich Indian culture and history. The event witnessed a Debate Competetion organized by Bharat Vikas Parishad, coirdinated by Arun Sharma. 30 Students from 14 Schools participated in the event. Brig Harcharan Singh , National Administrator, NCCHWO, was invited as Guest of Honor, to motivate students with his address and person experience.

Brig Harcharan Singh covered the Martyrdom of Guru Teg Bahadur, citing  references of Indian value system ,where all citizens were free to practice their faith, as  Indians believed in policy of Tolerance and "Sabka Saath Saab Ka Vikaas". The foreign intruders brought a new culture of Human Rights violations, with unethical practices of forced conversions and related restrictions on fundamental Rights.  Guru Teg Bahadur raised a powerful voice against atrocities and sacrificed his life, to protect the oppressed. Hus sacrifice awakened Indian masses, which lead to creation of Khalasa, who acted as a catalyst to  eradicate the Mughal power in years to come. The students were motivated through examples of Indian Heros, right from ancient Ramayana period to the present day examples of valor of Indian Army at  Galwan. It was made clear that Indians suffered setbacks only when they had treacherous elements amongest them, working against the interests of India. Students were given examples of Indian Army, where a soldier fights to protect  Honor and for the Tiranga.

Brig Harcharan Singh appreciated the efforts made by various NGOs and Schools to infuse the Indian Values amongst students  and to develop Nationalism through innovative programmes. He emphasized that NCCHWO members have organized  many such events, to educate students about Indian heritage and also to give message of unity and brotherhood.

NCCHWO Chief Secy Ranjeet Verma, Chairman Deepak Sharma & President Rekha Bhooshan appreciated efforts of NCCHWO, J&K , under Brig Harcharan Singh, who works to make citizens aware about the sacrifices of soldiers in Nation building. Citizens should continue to work to bring laurels to the country ,so that we assume our role of Vishwa Guru once again.
