Cases of violation of Human Right are reported from various part of the world. In India, all matters of Human Right violation are thoroughly investigated by NHRC . Various NGOs work as Watch Dog to find out violation of human rights,generally affecting weaker and Underprivileged sections of the society.NGOs play a major role in reporting such violations to appropriate authority. NCCHWO is committed towards looking after such reports of violations.
It was informed by Brig Harcharan Singh that already on the initiative taken by NCCHWO, in J&K a direction has been passed by Chief Justice of High Court of J&K and Ladhakh that, free legal Aid will be provided to all Veer Naris. This will provide much needed relief to Veer Naris . Acase for Fast Track Court will be much appreciated.
The Chairperson NHRC assured that due cognizance will be taken of all cases, as projected in Memorandum by NCCHWO.
