A programme was held at Jammu by Army and War Wounded Foundation, to felicitate War Wounded Soldiers. The event was attended by Army Commander Western Command.Three Modified Scooters and Three Auto Rickshaws were presented to War Wounded Soldiers, so that they are independent to move from one place to other, without seeking support from anyone.
NCCHWO was special invitee. National Administrator Brig Harcharan Singh interacted with all dignitaries from Army, NGOs and Civil Administration. Other members included Col Virender Kumar Sahi, Vrc, Ramnik Singh and Sonia Singh attended.Col Virender Kumar Sahi is himself War Wounded and decorated soldier. Father of Ramnik Singh and Sonia Singh, Capt Mohan Singh ,VrC is also a War Wounded and Decorated soldier.
All members of NCCHWO were felicitated with a T Shirt ,with logo of WWF.
NCCHWO carries out various projects with WWF, to felicitate War Wounded Soldiers and Veer Naris.
